Same problem here but I even get the paper.  I think the catch is the Local Living section is different for each side of town.  For example I live down the street from SWW and my local living says "your weekly guide to Hendricks county & West Indy"  These types of localized articles are probably not available online.  My guess is it is the Star's way of trying to get subscriptions to the "paper" paper instead of just reading online. 
If anyone knows any different post a link!
