I am betting that the Heritage trail is mostly under water or heavily muddy at this point.

I am betting the parts from the 9th St golf course to Battleground are wet, but they are also dirt trails.  The paved part might be okay from the Golf course towards the city.  With this nice weather, parts of the Amphitheater may be rideable tomorrow evening.  However the lower parts may of been consumed by the river.

If your fit enough, the trails at Murdock park may be rideable.

uh...the heritage trail is not for mtbing.  foot traffic only, as far as i know.  mtb in lafayette is available at mccormick, amph, or murdock.
