How much elevation gain do you get for the DINO series race in June

What is the total rough estimate elevation gain for the Dino Series course for Cat 3/clydesdale?

Or if you dont know the course gain what about hesitation point to pool/main gate?

I don't know the info for the Dino Series race.  However, looking at my GPS data on a ride from North Gate to HP (going left at each junction), there is about 1,268 feet of elevation gain.  Going from HP (going left on the way back) to North Gate, there is about 284 feet of gain, as most of that leg is downhill.  The link below is the data from that ride, which a total round trip to HP and back is 1,552 feet of gain.  I hope this helps.
