Kyana section of trail, below fire tower to Fire lane 5 still not cleared; a lot of trees down. Rest of trails ok with a few trees down so be aware.

trails are in decent shape; wet in the usual firelane sections; but nothing that will cause damage.  surprisingly no trees down from the past storms; a few branches here and there but good overall.  Foxy Hollow is still closed for logging.  use the road to bypass.

not sure why status is red; there has been no rain here.  trails are dry and good to ride.

Looks like someone got the light switched for FSF. Not sure who changed it. I know a lot of popcorn storms over the weekend, guess the assumption was red everywhere???

trails are good to ride;  the recent rains have been absorbed by the dry ground conditions.  Foxy Hollow is still closed for logging but should open in 2-3 weeks.

trails are dry and fast; Foxy Hollow section is now open after being closed due to logging.  some gravel was put down on the fire lane section to harden the surface from the impact of the logging. riders are needed to wear the trails in.

trails are in great shape; fast and dry;  a lot of leaf cover of course and acorns make for an interesting ride.  last weekend before firearm season for deer opens;  get out and ride.

      Guys,

I attempted to add a link to the top of the forums to point to the new trail status page. The forums are picky about additional code so I will post to all the trail groups instead and focus on improving the Trails Overview page until I find a good method of modifying the forums template.

In the meantime the HMBA trail status information is now here. http://www.hmba.org/trails-overview/

Thank you for you patients.

trails overall are in good condition; some wet spots and downed trees from past rain and winds.  downed trees will be cleared this week.  ride with caution.  rains have changed creek crossings. some are better; some or not.
