Silt spots, rocks, and roots are likely slick. Might be a few puddles.

Dry.  Rain likely won't make the trail soft, but there will be puddles, slick rocks and roots.

Green trails. Some puddles, expect slick spots under leaf cover along with rocks and roots as usual.
Fall colors are getting fairly widespread.

Leaf cover will be slippery.  Traffic probably heavy for leaf peepers.

If the amount of rain predicted comes Tuesday, Wednesday likely won't be good.

Rain possible Thursday evening. Heavier on Friday.  Remember that it will take less rain to create issues with leaf litter on the trails.
Once it gets into freeze-thaw, most of the day from 9:30 AM to when the sun sets and the soil firms up will have conditions where riding will damage the trails.  If moisture is low, 3-4 PM is sometimes possible.
