Has anyone been out?  I'm guessing we're yellow-ish, but it's still listed as red from 2 days ago.  Thinking of going out tomorrow evening.

Some called me and said that the berms on Hobbs are very soft and were recommending leaving the gate on Hobbs closed for now as it was getting pretty rutted out.

Trail is into the freeze/thaw conditions. Once it thaws stay off until it dries enough later in the day.
Bail to the road if you are out and the trail thaws.

Trails were pretty good this evening. Looked like the group ride had about 16 to 18 riders.
Hobbs was open, not sure if the rains come that are forecast Wednesday will have an impact on it for the weekend.

Yellow. Trail is currently firm, but rain has started and conditions may make it Red before long.

Freeze/thaw conditions.  Sun is out so it will get sloppy soon.
Please get off of the trail and ride the road when it's thawing.

Yellow for sketchy spots under the leaves. Dry for the most part. Even Pine Loop is good.

I was surprised at my knack of freeze/thaw knowledge. I rode along with what seemed liked hundreds yesterday. Most sections were perfect, but there were ALOT of slimy, sketchy sections. HH for example , the top was perfect, but at the end of the first section it was slimy as crap. Most of the bottom section was sketchy as well. I felt guilty at how dirty my bike looked, I hate cleaning but felt compelled to clean it yesterday afternoon.

North tower is starting to thaw at 11:30, more traffic on the trail would have it happening sooner. If the weather holds it will likely be the same tomorrow.

Today being cloudy and below freezing do you think trails will be rideable at noon?

They should be ok for most of the day if it is cloudy and colder.

Trails are complete soup at the moment. I closed all of the gates. We rode the roads in the park last night.  A special thank you to that one guy on the trail last night who lacked any sense and decided to pizza cutter his way through the trails.
