Seeps are flowing, but trails are firm.
Leaving Pine closed,  Schooner has trees down.
Yellow overall.

If you want to ride this week, tonight look like it is the night to do so.  rain coming back tomorrow.

We think we cut out all the trails but Schooner and 10 O'Clock line.

But we would not be surprised if more have fallen since then.  Please report any downed trees.

If anyone wants an adventure.  Go ride the 10 O'Clock Line and report back the conditions.

There are a couple trees down on Green Valley.

Trails were in good shape last night, dry except for a few minor seeps.  The crews did a great job clearing the trails.  Only saw one tree down on Aynes, but it was rideable and looked to be left as a "trail feature".  North Tower Connect, North Tower, and Hesitation Point were all clear.

Not much rain yesterday and the trails were in good shape today.  Seeps are seeping, but everything else was dry on North Tower Connect, North Tower, Aynes, and HP.  Get out before the rain starts again.

Any info on the race? I was planning my first ride of 2017 out there tomorrow morning.

This looks like the race tomorrow: Dances with Dirt.  Starts at 5:30 am and cut-off time (for awards) is 5:30 pm.

Does this mean we can't ride?

Trails are open. There will just be packs of runners.
We never get a heads-up for those who might prefer to ride at a different time or location, and I didn't see it on the park schedule.

Trails appear to have been hit with a heavy but short-duration rain in the wee hours.  They are damp but very firm with just a few (also firm) puddles.  Yellow bordering on green.

Yellow. Puddles and heavy dew. Foggy.  Also a car event is going on so the North lot, pool, and saddle barn areas are having an event.

How's things looking for the weekend? Is a Saturday ride overly optimistic?
