Forgot to mention a tree down on North Tower almost to the bottom of the downhill from the trail head at the tower.

After tonight's freeze, will the trails be "freeze/thaw" status (ride only when frozen) or will they still be yellow after it warms up a bit in the afternoon?

If the rideable now then I don't think the freeze will matter.

Had to cut my ride short. Left it a couple hours late. North Tower is trending red right now. I wouldn't recommend an afternoon ride...

Headed there this weekend, if forecast holds and trails get about .12" of rain Friday anyone think they will they be ride able by Saturday afternoon?

This time of year, it will be a day time call.  It looks to be cloudy and humid on Saturday, so it will not dry well, even if we just get a bit of rain.

When we rode Tuesday, it was mostly frozen, but the parts that were sloppy were really a mess.  We bailed to the roads at the North Tower. It is probably the same right now. It is going to stay above freezing between now and Saturday, so it just depends upon how much rain we get in the meantime.

Trails last night were in the best condition that have been in a while. Mostly green with a few wet/soft spots. Pine Loop is a solid yellow and I opened the gates.  Jerry Roberson, thanks for all the recent work done on Pine Loop. It is drying up nicely. Get out and ride before the rains move in Saturday night.

Elizabeth and I are probably going out tonight to clear drains on Green Valley to ensure that they dry as quickly as possible as next week is looking very rain heavy. It is probably a good time, if anyone has an open schedule, to do a little drain clearing on all of the trails, as the trails will be getting busier as spring gets here.

That great news. After the rain I saw in Indy I would have thought much worse. I would like to come down and help this afternoon. It looks like Rob is doing work on Schooner as well.

I just updated the Pine Loop trail status to yellow based on your report.  I'm hoping to get out there this afternoon.
