I will be going out to Harmonie a couple of times before next weekends build day.

I hope to draw up some basic Kiosk plans dependent on what materials Harmonie has on hand, and prep the materials so that it can be completed in a timely fashion.

If you are attending (and even if you are not attending) and have materials relating to skills park design/methodology bring them with you or send them by email as I would very much like to explore the topic.

Preliminary forecasts show rain, and if that's the case we'll try to hammer away at the Kiosk at the maintanence shack.

If anyone is going feel free to call the morning of: 812.204.0551 and find out where I and or others are at.
-Peace- Kyle

Rain. It's a required evil.    So for the opening day how about doing a little trail work? Before opening ceremonies if one is available. Again I'll be at the Maintenance shack working on the kiosk beginning at 8am.

Theres still lots of drainage assessment left on the intermediate trail too....
Call the morning of  if you'd like  204.0551

Scouting from the end of the Intermediate Trail Westward to the Wabash will commence when we have a line of sight late October/early November. Spectrum will be back at Harmonie, probably dependent on volunteer progress and their other many projects- I would imagine sometime in 2010.

Regarding the Advanced Trail/ westward expanstion...... also posted in the Walnut Connector Expansion thread....
****************
I'm going to go out on a limb and shoot for a scouting session around the middle of October.... Say October 18th.....

(this could also happen earlier dependent on how thin the folige becomes... as long as there is a good line of sight, it's on)

I believe that Alex is the only one to get a good on foot picture of what's "Westward" from the Walnut/Intermediate trail....  If anyone would like a topo and begin to review Alex's conceptual ideas, and then speak with him say, in a confrence call in the future, about what features and lines he knows exists so we can scout it....

give me a shout... email, or call    2 o 4    -  o   five five one
