I'm starting the planning phase for my eagle project, and plan on putting in 2 picnic tables and some signs at the trail. I was wondering if anyone had some recommendations where to buy or order a routed out sign or good quality picnic table kits?

for my son's project in 2006, he got plans for tables from the internet, priced materials and got a discount from Lowes to build them "custom". Since it is early in the year, this is a good time to approach the local "hardware stores" for discounted materials before they run out of funding for such things.

As for the signs, depending on how much verbiage is to be on each sign, talented adult volunteers would surely be happy to share their routing gifts. I know I "wood" ;)

Many thanks Andrew!  Your effort and results are greatly appreciated.
Sure it hurt, but what are you going to do?  Stop riding?  No way.
