Whoever helped with constructing Trail Gates at Fort Ben, Thank you! This is a great idea. It will keep bikes off the trails when they are muddy.

Hopefully they will keep ALL off the trails when they are muddy, not just bikes!

The Park built the gates.  Gates will also be built on LC sometime soon.  Please, if the gates are closed stay off the trail.  We will have a lot of work to get the trail back in shape.  I already have several sections that will need to be rebuilt.

Any update of trail status for weekend? Or any way to tell when gates closed? Last update on HMBA.org is 5 days old. Appreciate any help.

Wet, muddy and Schoen is closed all month.

Anyone with tires on the ground today?  Last post on the Trails Overview page says muddy but that was two days ago.  Praying for an afternoon ride today before more rain comes this weekend.

I'm going to Southwestway or Town Run.  They are both in good / great shape.  Not going to risk going to Ft. Ben.  We just had heavy rain on Thursday.

As long as it doesn't rain, Fort Harrison is GOOD TO GO!
