The trails have held up well but some work still remains. We will be weedeating, repairing the sagging bench cut by the north picnic tables, trash pickup, and clearing sketchy trees. If you have a sturdy gas powered weedeater, or a weed whip, please bring! Any other tools will be provided.

[/size]Wear good tough shoes and if possible wear long pants and shirt sleeves if weedeating. I will have bottled water available. Post up any questions. Meet at the upper parking lot and look for red Ford Escape (aka the War Wagon). I will have volunteer sign in sheets and waiver to track hours contributed. [/color]

Session last week went well. We cleared back a section of legacy trail that typically is used for the DINO SWW race, and weedeated sections of Lenape. Also did a repair on the sagging bench cut by the north picnic tables. Eric Burke, Ted Kissell, David Riggleman and Greg Bernath put in two solid hours of work. Thanks!


Tomorrow we will primarily work on clearing four low hanging and precariously perched trees on Lenape. If anyone brings a weedeater we can put you to work on the east Mann Hill feeder trail. That porr little section doesn't get much love.
