I've been on Light Bike carbon rims (built to King hubs & DT Revolution spokes) for 3+ years and couldn't be happier. I've beaten the snot out of them and haven't even had to true them up. With that said, my opinion would be to buy the rims & hubs that you want and have a local wheel builder take it from there. A GOOD hand built set of wheels is the only way to go IMHO. I'll give a personal shout out to Tim at Shelbyville Bike Shop. Also, Light Bike recently came out with a new carbon rim that weighs something like 280G! Not sure there's anything on the market that can match that.
