Cleared tree at bottom of LC downhill and 2 trees at foxholes on LC.

Wish we were getting more snow!

Trails were great this morning, with some soft spots starting around 11 or so.  Afternoon was probably a little squishier, but not bad.  I'd expect the same for tomorrow, judging by the temps.  Get out and ride.

Is the trail really yellow?  Was there rain in the area yesterday?.

I just finished riding it... Way too muddy. I just changed it to red.

What a difference a day can make.  Lawrence Creek is GREEN, just one or two spots to be on the look out for.

Schoen Creek is mostly GREEN as well, but there are at least 3 spots around that loop that you should probably carry over.  The most obvious one is on the entry trail just below the log skinny.  That mystery drainage just started this spring and we haven't done anything to it yet.  Once you're past that, though, you're clear pretty much to the upper parking lot.

Temps below freezing again tonight, so there will probably be some frost and greasiness in the morning, but you should be fine by tomorrow afternoon, especially with highs in the 50s.

Go Ride!

Hiked LC today, still awful greasy in spots.  Trails are RED.  I'll try to check them again tomorrow morning, but it's doubtful.

Did a "fallen tree" lap today.  Only have 2 trees down.  1 at beginning of LC off Camp Glenn.  Other one about halfway to connector.  Overall ok shape.  Mostly dry, but with quite a few wet areas from seeps and drain crossings.

Get out and ride.  Trail is good.  Just the normal wet spots we've had.

Tree down on Schoen. Can't find the name of the area but from the bridge connector, you climb up and go past that flagstone "bridge" near the road up top. It's just beyond that. Will need chainsaw. Otherwise trails aren't bad. Little wet in places.

Trails are good to ride.  Still have a few bad spots, LC downhill towards Camp Glenn is one of them.  All the other areas are drying out pretty good.  Get out and ride before it rains again...hopefully not for at least 3 more days!!

Due to the Ford Hoosier Outdoor Experience, the Mountain Bike trails will be closed on Saturday 6/10/2017 and Sunday 6/11/2017. Consider coming out to volunteer.   See below link for details.
