The next section of the Crooked Creek trail has been pin flagged and is ready for construction.

Blue = next phase of construction
Pink = concept for the rest of the loop

Here is a close up of the next section with an elevation profile.

This section of trail has about 120' of elevation to play with. From the current end of the trail, it will gently descent down and around the next ridge. As it dives in the next ravine, things will start getting interesting. The next ravine ends in a complicated drainage system. The trail will twist and turn its way up the drainage system before passing under a rock water fall. This section will be a tough build, but will be a show case piece of trail.

Work has already started on this section and these pictures give a hint of the rugged back country trail yet to come
