Epic signs
« on: October 12, 2016, 07:53:22 AM »
Hi all, If you are out riding in the State Park and see any Epic trail signs, please feel free to pull them down.  I'd like to get them back if possible, but that isn't a requirement.

Thanks,

Paul

I have the ones from Lucas Hollow, Bartley Ridge, Miller Ridge, Crooked Creek Road, and Gilmore Ridge/McGowan Road.

How should I get them back to you, Paul?

Just bring them to a work day some time before next year's epic, or drop off at HP bike shop (put them with trail tools).

I will get the signs from North Tower and Pine Loop today if they are still up.

I got the Epic signs from HP, Ayn, BcC,GV, and NT. I also picked up some older signs that had been floating around various parts of the trails.  If I missed any I'll get them as I see them.   I left the newer Trail Safety signs.

I also rode NG and Pine, but they were clean, I think Ed had already cleared them.

It would be nice if the maps were left, like the one at the 3 way at the end of Blue Creek.

Rode from campground down d around Lake Monroe to Crooked Creek then back to campground.  Picked up about 10 signs.  I left some at the top of the hill from the hunters check in heading south and were the old bulldozer use to be.  Water was up across the road near Crooked Creek Marina.
Hoped people enjoyed this route.  Left the sign at HP Bike Shop with Gonzo.

Thanks Kirk and Pat,

If anyone comes across signs that where missed this past week, please take a moment and pull them down.

Thanks,

Paul

Sorry to dig up an old thread, but I noticed there were a few signs on Walnut. Are we still taking these down when we find them?

Paul,
I've still got a bag full of signs from when I unmarked the Crooked Creek/Lucas Hollow area last fall. Do you still want me to hold onto them?
