Off Road Permits
« on: May 01, 2016, 05:25:18 PM »
Sorry if this has already been stated elsewhere but I have been too busy at The Headquarters to keep up with the forums.

What is the status of "off road permits" for the state parks for members that volunteered their time last year?  Where do we pick them up or is the state even checking these?

I was planning on hitting BC this week and need to purchase my annual pass as well.

Thanks for any info.

Talk to Paul Arlinghaus about the permint.

I have yet to be asked for a permit at the Fort, but that's the only place I have been this year.  :(

And you shouldn't be asked at the fort nothing is difficult there

For us, no.  But it goes by trail rating.  LC and Schoen are considered intermediate so they do require a pass.

I was asked if I had mine at the gate at Brown County State Park a couple weeks ago.
