TRAIL CONDITIONS 2016

(1/5) > >>

Traci:
Please post here any new updates for the 2016 riding season.

As of 2/16/2016 the snow is melting away and the temps are slowly rising which will cause the trail to become sloppy in a lot of places.
It is recommended that you avoid the trails during this thaw stage to keep the trails in good shape for spring riding.

Thank you,

Traci

I know probably highly unlikely but is it possible that with a couple warm days, FL will be rideable Saturday aftenoon?  Thinking only FL or Rangeline coould be options.  Thanks

Traci:
Unlike most of the other trails we have been lucky that ours is doing so well and drains like it does
It's is very sustainable and I would say other than the possibility of trees being down and the normal sloppy spots it may actually be ok
Trails were good first part of the week
However if you want to follow HMBA Protocol than you may want to avoid riding
French Lick has only requested no riding one or two times since I have been helping and as always it's ride at your own risk but please sign out when doing so.
Hope this helps in some way

Traci:
TRAILS ARE CURRENTLY YELLOW IN THE VALLEY!
Will update status light after work. No rain overnight occurred and we have had several good days of drying out along with windy conditions.
