Kids Bikes - Isla Bikes

Anybody have experience with Isla Bikes?

I'm looking to get my kids new bikes for Christmas and am frustrated by the weight of kids' bikes (ages 6 and 5).  My 6 year old daughters 20" inch bike weighs a few pounds more than my xl frame 29er. 

The website has the weight of the 20" at 17.3 and the 24" just I've 19lbs.

Everything I've found on the brand is positive but I wondered if anyone had first hand experience.

I bought a 24" Isla for my daughter to ride cross and road.  Customer service was first rate and the bike arrived with minimal assembly and no damage.  I am very happy with the quality so far - components are in line with the price but everything works well.  I like that the saddle is scaled down for the size of the rider.  I don't think I should have any problem selling it for 60%+ of what I paid for it when she is ready to move up.
