The jump lines and dual slalom are not finished yet and are under construction. We made some considerable progress over the weekend and have one intermediate line (4' jumps) pretty darn close. You can see a "test" video on our Facebook page.

As for the lake jump... it is complete, however it will not be left open to the general public at all times due to liability and safety. We will open it during special events and it will eventually be able to be "rented" on a permit-basis. We were unfortunately too busy over the weekend to open it up at the end of one of the days! Please keep an eye out for the next time.

Thanks for your interest! Please keep riding and spreading the word... and Register for the GRAND OPENING events!! You can find links in the Grand Opening topic thread.

For the most part, yes. There may be some portions that are not exactly 100% and may need polishing, but overall rideable. Keep an eye out for yellow caution tape for any portions that may be under construction or have features being added. Go ride!

I'll add that the Trailforks app/site at the moment has the most accurate and comprehensive maps for Griffin Bike Park.

That is correct, thanks to our Friend William Ganis! Here is the link to Trailforks, which is the most complete: http://www.trailforks.com/region/griffin-bike-park/?lat=39.33980441009113&lon=-87.3583191633225&z=15&m=trailforks

MTBProject also has the same maps but not quite as descriptive: https://www.mtbproject.com/directory/8012581

If it is on the map, it is open to ride! As mentioned below, there may be areas that are being "polished" or having features added, so please be aware.

Go ride! (When the trails dry!!)

Guess who is coming to our next big work week, September 8-11th!! Alex Fowler will be coming to the Griffin Bike Park to build our Pump Track!! Alex is well-known for his work and most recently helped build the Rio Olympics tracks! More information about Alex can be found here:
http://www.actionsportsconstruction.com/about-us/
http://www.elitetraxinc.com/about/
https://www.facebook.com/alex.fowler.9847

In addition to Alex working on the Pump Track, we will also be finishing up the last of the jump lines (the 6' Intermediate and Expert lines!), the Dual Slalom, and some additional trail work and installation of riding features.

Each day we will try to hold a group ride in the evening and Saturday, Sept. 10th at 6:00 pm we will open the Lake Jump!!

Come work with us!! Come ride with us!!

Check out this video of the Pump Track/Kids Track built by Alex Fowler! The track is open, pending muddy conditions (currently RED so NOT open... bummer). Alex will be out one more time before the Grand Opening to seal the track to help prevent erosion and weathering. Suh-Weet!!!

WOW!! That Alex Fowler pump track is RAD!! Alex also helped us dial in and polish the jump lines and dual slalom, ALL of which are now RIDEABLE! The dual slalom has some wicked gap jumps for the pros... we are still adding the "safeties" for folks like me so ride to your ability! The safeties will be in for the Grand Opening on Saturday. COME RIDE!! We are averaging over 1,000 visitors per week!!
