After working with the US Forest Service's Eastern Regional office, they were able to get a new interpretation of the Special Event Fees policy.  As a result, Hoosier National Forest is most likely back in play (just a question of getting the paper work filed fast enough).

We will be using the Nebo / Combs Loop and possibly Trail D.

Great job to everyone who made this happen. Nebo should always be part of the Epic.

Probably a dumb question, but I've only made it past the cabin once.  That was two years ago, the first year we had trails in Yellowood.  Unfortunately, I broke 4 spokes in my rear wheel just before the hamburger sag and had to call it a day.  Short version - very little experience past the cabin.

Anyway, I'm planning to attempt 75 miles this year.  Does this news mean we won't be in Yelllowood, or is this "in addition to"?
