Anybody ever get a bloody nose during a hard ride? This is my 2nd time I've experienced this..
I recently checked my blood pressure, seemed ok.  Didn't know if anyone had this issue

Never a bloody nose but several times have had blood vessels in my eyes burst resulting in bloody eye ball.  No pain just looks bad.  I figure I am just out of shape.

There may be something deeper going on.  Spontaneous bleeding is never good.

I have had it before as a result of some medical problems in the past, and it was always a bad sign and required transfusions.

It probably won't be nearly as bad as what I had going on, but may be worth a doctor's appt and some more in-depth tests than just bp to make sure it's not something worse.

do you get them in the winter too?  I have nose bleeds all the time during the dry months of winter.  in my case it's because the membrane in my nose dries out.  Neosporin on a qtip rubbed inside nose helps me.  otherwise, you need to get it checked out.
