Raleighguy29, yes that's what I paid which is a smoking deal but i ordered last night and have yet to receive shipping confirmation so, we'll see. They don't charge until it ships and they accept PayPal.

I couldn't tell from the listing, but many Shimano brakes from the UK are set up with the rear brake on the left hand lever and the front on the right. Just have to swap them, which sounds easy enough. Just a heads up.

I can't speak for PayPal's policy/extra fees, but of the credit cards I have only one will easily allow for UK transactions. And even then, the sting of what may be deemed a 'conversion fee' gets tacked onto each purchase. Just suggesting knowing the facts before clicking Submit.

I am oddly confused by this pricing.  I paid more than twice this for SLX brakes over the winter (with rotors and adapters), so I'm very hesitant.


"Supposedly", Shimano's limitations on US distributors was to bring pricing stateside into a more equitable level with the UK pricing you could find online.  I'm not seeing it.  And if this is legit, it seems UK pricing is dropping more than US pricing.

few years back when the conversion rates were great (in our favor) I picked up a set of stans 355's built on hope pro hubs and it was around $350 to the door.....hard to beat that!
