Kentucky mountain bike trails

Stumbled across this today.  Looks like a decent resource to use if you are heading down to Kentucky and looking for a place to ride.

That's a cool site and I will explore it more. I admire the effort, but I would check that site against other resources before heading down here to ride. For instance, Sal Hallow in Mammoth Cave is no longer open to bikes. There is nothing close to 10 miles of trails at Ft. Duffield. The Louisville Loop WILL be a paved path around the whole city. Many of the trails listed in Daniel Boone National Forest are either not open to bikes and some are simply not worth getting near. I can't tell you how bad 'Hogpen' trail can be. It deserves the name. So on and so forth.
