Did a "fallen tree" lap today.  Only have 2 trees down.  1 at beginning of LC off Camp Glenn.  Other one about halfway to connector.  Overall ok shape.  Mostly dry, but with quite a few wet areas from seeps and drain crossings.

Work session for tonight is cancelled with the storms popping up to the southwest.  Look for another work session next week, weather permitting.

Change of plans.  Can't get to the rock.  If you come after 6, park at camp glen lot- far west lot, and hike up the old LC trail till you get to the pile of rocks then turn left.

That time of the year to start working on the trail to try and stay ahead of issues.
We will meet at the upper paved lot by Schoen trail.  Will be working on rocking a major mud hole right next to the parking lot.
I should be there at 5:00 to 5:30 if anyone wants to come early and help get the rocks to the parking lot.

Cleared tree at bottom of LC downhill and 2 trees at foxholes on LC.

Wish we were getting more snow!

Check out Southwestway Park on S. Mann road on the southwest side of Indianapolis.  Directions can be found here in the forums.

Overall, try and hit all the trails listed in the forums.  Quite a variety of terrain and trail styles.

It's now on the HMBA web page under trails/trails-overview.

Plans are in the works to get the rest of the trails on there also.  No ETA yet that I have heard of.

There are a couple trees down from when I walked the trail a couple weeks ago.  Being that the trail has been unrideable, I haven't been in any hurry to cut them out.
It irritates me to see the trail all tore up like it is.

Looks like my rear tire, the non-tubeless one isn't going to work.  I have LOTS of areas leaking down near the bead.  Not just a bubble stream, but hundreds of little bitty bubbles coming out.  I can see the stans come off when I put it in the tub.
Any ideas to get it to seal or should I just put a tube in it.  It's been almost a week of pumping it up, swishing it around, pumping it up, swishing it around, etc....

Next thing you know you'll be riding a + or fattie!

My next bike will probably be a 27.5+.  Hopefully this year.  Have to see how much my sons college is going to cost us first.

Took a few days but I think I finally got my non-tubeless tire to hold air.  I pumped it up last night and it still had plenty of pressure this morning.  Now to see how long it goes before needing air.

So I finally took the plunge and converted to tubeless!  Front tire was tubeless ready and sealed up right away.  Rear tire is going to take some more work as it wasn't tubeless ready.
For those that converted a non-tubeless to tubeless, how long did it take for the sealant to work?  Just curious.  My rims are tubeless so no ghetto conversion was done and I used the Stans tubeless valves.
