Brown County State Park / Re: Report Trail Issues

Trees down on GV- at the top of the second climb going CC at a trail sign, I think it was 13. Second one just after the bridge going CC.

Westwood / Re: Trail Conditions« on: May 13, 2018, 06:59:15 PM »
Hats off to whomever has been adding “flow”to the trail! Visited today for the first time in awhile and while the earlier sections seem the same(with subtle improvements) the later sections have much more flow and speedy sections. Many of the turns have been slightly bermed so there’s much less washing out on the gravely tread! Of course the trail still has the sudden braking turns with the usual punchy climbs which continues the original character of Westwood. Loved the ride!

Yellowwood State Forest / Trail D« on: June 04, 2017, 09:13:48 AM »
Trail D is "almost" completely impassible with downed trees starting just South of the connection with the Half Pipe section. Climbed through, over ,or around 8-10 before finally giving up and turning back. So heading down toward Nebo from the park or Yellowood via D won't happen until a lot of clean up happens.

Nebo is now clear! The forest service cleared all of the downed trees and even the log-overs,
at least from the Combs intersect to the south TH. Didn't ride from the north lot up, as we parked at the south lot to avoid the muddy initial climb. There were a couple of the usual muddy spots and a bit of overgrowth but otherwise trail was awesome! 18,19,20 loop was fun although 18 was pretty sloppy in some areas. Enjoyed riding dirt for a change! 9
Fantastic 4 / Re: Trail Conditions« on: June 14, 2015, 10:20:25 PM »
The large one on a rather steep, rocky descent as well as one or two smaller, almost hoppable as well, have been there awhile. But there were one or two others that were new since last weekend. A large branchy one fell along the trail. Couldn't tell you exactly where it is, just reporting in on the constantly changing and always fun and challenging greatest trail in Indiana!

Encountered my first Rattle snake yesterday in my 5-6 years of riding Nebo! He was stretched out across the fast section of trail 1/4-1/2 mile from the south TH. Big fat boy looked like he'd just eaten a family of squirrels! They're out there, be aware! Rest of trail very good except a couple of trees down and starting to get a bit overgrown. 18,19,20 deep mud in spots but always fun

Hello HMBA community! I have a friend whose son Cameron is working on his Eagle project which is to collect unwanted bicycles in any condition and repair them so they may be given to needy children in Hamilton County. He may be contacted at amyanderson74@gmail.com to arrange pick up or drop off. Thanks for your consideration!

Good vid! Didn't realize someone had a camera rolling when I went down a couple of weeks ago:-) Highlights the thing that bothers me most watching soccer and more and more in basketball. Come on guys let's suck it up and act like men! Imagine that happening in the NFL or the NHL?! Now if I can just get this damn splint off my hand so I can go ride my bikes. Have a great visit with the guys this week, sorry I'll be missing it!
