Sorry for your loss David. Thanks for the update Paul. Let me know if there is anything I can do to help.

When is the next trail day? The lake trail needs some serious work done. Saturday would be good for me.

I have invisalign and the tray held my teethe in place. I have often thought of getting a mouth piece.

I ate it at Brown County a couple weeks ago. When my shoulder hit my head whipped down and smacked the ground. It was almost slow motion the way I remember it happening. I remember feeling the helmet compress and my teeth jarring. I have wrecked before but never had I hit my head like this. I am sure if there was a rock, tree, or stump there it would have been worse and I would have been unconscious.

The scary thing that got me thinking is that I was taking it easy. It had been a long day of driving and I just wanted a nice day at the BCSP.

I am so glad I see the high percentage of people wearing helmets on the trail. I hope to see it get higher too!

I think what can go bad pictures work the best to encourage people to use safety devices. I know I have an email about wearing fall protection harnesses correctly. Those pictures make me put the harness on correctly EVERY time lol. I can send that email to anyone by the way, just message me. It is not for the faint of heart and the guy survived but I am sure he was walking funny for a while.

I was out there Sunday. I just had to stop on my way back from Florida and it kicked my butt. I stopped a lot to let people by on uphills too. Everyone out riding were pretty nice. Good times.

I visited SWW this evening for the first time in weeks to find the south trail heads are groomed and there is a new trail coming down from Mann Hill to the parking lot. I wanted to say Thanks to Alex and crew and it is really looking good. It was also nice seeing the regulars out there. I have been down with a cold, injuries, and a new job that is wearing me out.

Very Nice!

My 2013 Stump Jumper FSR comp 29 had Elixir 5 and made the most horrible resonating sound. They replaced them with Trails which upped my rotors to 200 on front and quad piston calipers. I went to BC and they made the noise also. We think the humidity and the pads might be doing it so I bought some sintered pads. They are quieter now but only ran for a week and I am down with a bum finger.

WOW. lol, out of no where. I had to back it up to see it again.

I will probably need to go out there and mow farther north.

FYI - on one of the inside curves, there is a mud hole hidden in the grass with about 3 inches of water standing in it. Not sure how you guys do these danger spots for the races. I almost ran the mower into it because it is hidden pretty well.

After talking to Paul, I may be able to run my mower up the south loop to the power line section and get some of it.

How often does power and light or the state bush hog the power line section?

I spent 3 hours cutting over at SWW last night. I was not sure how far the course uses and it got too dark on me. Get with me to do more. If we can get the mower into other areas it may be quicker than wee eating.

Well said Paul. Since life's fairness was brought up I always found it strange people have to pick up dog poo while horse poo is ok not to pick up. While it irks me I know life is not fair. The horses are beautiful to see on the trails. Once again thank you to all for all the hard work put into this great organization. I love the trails.

I have a walk behind. I am not sure how wide you want me to mow. I also have been known to use it as a bush hog lol. I am thinking of taking Wednesday night off again and could bring it out.
