I really do hope that they do charge a trail use fee to Hikers and Runners as well. OR, just make the trails Single use only. That actually sounds better imo.
Just wanted to post up that this past Sunday the 27th. I was riding down HP with a couple of friends and I was in front. Another rider was coming up just beyond the upper rock garden and I didn't stop or pull to the side. I was moving pretty fast and didn't recognize the rider until fairly late.
This is the first time and last that I will be THAT RIDER on the trails. Sorry for poor trail Etiquette and I hope it didn't ruin your day/ride. No excuse, just a bad decision on my part.
