I think you need to pay to get to the showers at the pool but there are showers at the camp ground that we always use. They are nice.

I just saw this thread. I have Aid/CPR/AED for my mountain bike coaching requirements. I'm taking ICP level 2 and my CPR expires 8/1/18. Are you able to re-certify theAid/CPR/AED? If so there may be others that will need a re-up as well?

Show up anytime after 4pm and set up camp Pick up packet for preregistered attendees Bring lights there could be a night ride. Saturday 7:30 - Registration for day of 9:00 Welcome riders / share pace of each group as well share self guide route and maps to all 5:00 BBQ dinner Sunday 8:00 Day Registration for day of 9:00 Quick Rider meeting 9:30 Head out on ride. Some additional info: Saturday Rides Options Adventure Ride 24miles of the Adventure Trail Beautiful back county riding (Have your camera ready for some great views and photo ops) Ride along Blue River, Indian Creek, and the Ohio River From chill ride pace to a faster suffer pace (Well marked to ride at your own pace too) State Park & Adventure Trail Ride Easy guided ride though some of the O'Bannon State Park groomed trails Session your favorite park trail if you choose 17miles of groomed trails await you to shred These trails have all different types of terrain. From fast & flow to tech & gnar and everything in between. Beginner friendly sections of trail to more difficult sections for you to honing in your skills on session jumps, drops, and rocks. Truely something for everyone. SAG Stop Three refueling stations with water and energy bars on the Adventure Trail Ride. Sunday Rides Ride some hand picked best sections of the Adventure Hiking Trail that offer the best directions for a fun day of descending with the least amount of climbing...... That sounds like a great idea. More times then not we stop there for a minute before heading on. A bench would be better then the half rotten log. I assume the park would be the final say so let me see what I can dig up.
