Yellow
Pine is closed, and possibly Hobbs (I didn't remember to look).

Hi, Ed - I see this is your first post on the forum...  Welcome!  Do you need any help?  :D

(tongue-in-cheek, if not obvious)

I cut the tree on Walnut.  A group of riders from Bloomington helped clear the bigger pieces off of the trail.

Thanks, Mahk (& Bloomington riders)!  Also thanks to whoever cleared the two trees on Green Valley that I mentioned above.  :)

8” down on Walnut across both trails at 1st switchback from Walnut Shelter to HP.  Probably the one Ed referred to above.  Could be handcut, but a bit of work since it’s crossing both sections.

Ed - thanks again for keeping this thread updated.  For me, it's a lot easier than Facebook to find what I need!

Thanks, Steve!  Not sure how I missed that FB post.

Also, heads up that it looks like the DINO race will be at Brown County in two weeks (6/5 & 6/6).

Is there a bike race at the park this weekend?  I was out there today, and some dude was flagging several of the trails with "DNR Approved - Will be removed Monday" flags.

8” tree suspended 8” over trail - North Tower, 1/4 mile ccw from Ayne’s connector.  Easy walkover.

I’m here (started at Noon) and completely agree with your remote assessment, Ed.  NT is yellow tilting toward orange in just a few spots.  I have to imagine Pine is a mess.

Draggon, see Ed's comment in his Oct 2nd post, above, 'Just leave the easily passable one on Pine.'

I read that as - (Removing the one on Green Valley) "just leaves the easily passable one on Pine."

No worries - I just thought it may have been overlooked.  Appreciate all you do.

Yesterday's scattered showers had about zero effect on the trails.  Still dusty!

Tree down in the middle area of Pine Loop.

Just a reminder that as of today, this tree is still down on Pine Loop.  It's good-sized and very close to the fallen tree that forms an "arch" over the trail.  Riders have created a bypass.

Mahk - Thanks, as always!

Also, major kudos to whoever chopped down Chiggerville near the old foundation/creek crossing on Aynes.  My armpits are clear this week!  :)

Sorry, meant to type “solid yellow-green”, meaning you’re not going to damage the trail, but you still need to be cautious in select spots.
