Racing...from the novice to seasoned / Newbie Riding BCBD

I am going to ride BCBD this weekend. Any suggestions for a newbie? I have never ridden the BC Trails before, so I am going into it with no knowledge of what to expect.


Do any seasoned riders have pointers?
