i have used hope pro2 for several years with no problems. i believe the bigun have a 5 bolt disk pattern so rotor selection will be limited.

I have a couple 29's one being the (not truckish) vassago jabberwocky, ss and rigid, and an origin-8 scout 1x9 w/sus front.  bikes are very different, vassago has long chainstays and lower bb, scout has short stays higher bb and different angles. so, what does this mean?  the vassago seems to do well on fast, flowing trials like most of bcsp. if the trails are twisty, tight and technical the scout works out better. most of the time i ride the vassago, for me it is more fun plus i just like to say "jabberwocky" when asked what i ride ;D . i don't have enough seat time on any other 29's to compare these to.

let me know if you want to give them a try.
