How should I register if I want to attend the festival and camp with my 3 teenage sons? If I pay $65 for a festival pass what does that invlude? Would each minor also pay $65?

Your 3 sons should get "Brown County Epic - Youth Rider (17 & under)" for $40 each. This includes everything except Beer :)
If you won't be riding you can get the Festival Pass for $65 for yourself. "Includes, Camping, Beer Garden tickets, Live Music, and Sat BBQ. Does not include tech tee or SAG support on the trails."
If you want to ride, you get the Brown County Epic - Adult for $105 for yourself.
Tent camping is included with the Festival Pass.

I still don't see a link for Epic volunteers to sign up, do you know when that will be available?

I registered for the epic and the tent camping for Saturday night the 7th.
I have not camped at the park before.
Are there any bathrooms and showers available near the tent camping for the epic?

Yes. We are camping by the pool. We have access to the pool house, which has hot showers and restrooms.

One week to register for the #BrownCountyEpic before price increases! Need a reason to register? HMBA will be raffling off a Trek EX 5 this year, as well as other cool raffles items and give aways! Disclaimer (not sure if the EX5 will be 29 or 27.5 plus)

Things actually start Friday at noon with the shuttles to Hobbs Hollow Flow Trail / Hesitation Point. You can actually come Thursday. On Saturday (day of the ride) people are up before dawn getting ready to ride. Note this isn't a race, so there isn't an official start time.

How does the registration vs volunteering work? Like if I register to volunteer, is there a code or whatnot that discounts registration?

On the Brown County Epic site, see below link, go down to the Volunteer section and that's where you would register.
http://www.hmba.org/brown-county-epic/
Or you can directly go to the Volunteer Registration at this link.

If you also want to donate to the trail fund, Click on the Registration button on the Brown County Epic site and go clear to the bottom and that's were you would put in your donation.

I plan to do the ride on Saturday, but my wife and potentially her friends were thinking about meeting up for dinner. Is it going to be possible to buy food day of, or do you have to pre-pay for the meals during the registration only?

Yes, meal and beer tickets are available on Saturday.

Any word on what demos / bike shops the organizers have reached out to?
-
I don't know all of them or which have officially committed, but here are some that have been invited and are likely to be there: Trek, Giant, Specialized, Marin, Niner, Cannondale, Scott & SRAM. I know Quiring (Custom builder out of Michigan) has also been invited. Will post up more when I get confirmation.

For those who may not know, the showers and restrooms at the pool will be available to use.

New this year, on Friday, will be a shuttle from the pool area to Hesitation Polnt (where Hobbs Hollow Flow trail starts.)
I wonder how many folks are doing the Hobbs shuttle thinking it's all down hill back to the pool area? Per my GPS the shortest "down hill" run involves three climbs for a total of 640 ft ascending, and even more if you take Green Valley. For comparison, Hesitation Point is about 330 ft ascending. It's a great run, just be sure you and your co-riders have the cardio to get back to your car.

Anyone invite any of the Q brands? Surly, Salsa, etc?
-
I just found out that I won't be able to attend. Bummer! Not sure if it's a pain in the butt but thought I'd ask if there is any way to still get my shirt and swag??

On the flyer for the event it doesn't list Rocky Mountain Bicycles on the DEMO list. But if I go to Rocky Mountain's website it says they will be at the event on October 6th. Will they really only be here on Friday? Or will they be there on the 7th also? Anyone have an idea?
