Work Session on Thursday night. I doubt the trail will be ready to open, but we can work on some nagging mud holes and do some trimming on the higher ground.
6:00PM at the main parking lot.

Low sections are still drying. Hoping to reopen this weekend.

Well that glimmer of hope didn't last long. :(
Trail is soaked.

Trail Work session Thursday at 6:00PM. We should be able to clear the trail and get it reopened for the weekend.

Trail work is still on for tonight. I only have tonight available to get the trail ready to open for the weekend. Today's rain will show sections that are holding water, so we will have good working conditions. Please come out and help us get the trail read to open.

Thanks to Bill, Dave, Dean, and Kersten for helping clear town run last night.
It was hot and humid out there. The trails are clear but were still very wet from yesterday's rain. We just need a dry day to reopen. If it doesn't rain today we will open for Saturday morning.
One trail note. on the way back from talking tree, there is a down, u turn, and back up. Its where the drop is on the return loop. There was a line to the left that allowed you to avoid the down and up. A large tree fell and we were able to get it off the trail, but it is still blocking the short cut.

And the river is headed to 9.5 feet again.......
