The forum server/software didn't get the news that it was supposed to "Fall Back" and hour.  The time is currently off by an hour.

Oh, did you fix it for everyone, dean?  I was coming back to this thread to post how I fixed it...kind of cumbersome to find but under profile, then modify profile, then forum settings, there is a "time offset" option and I put a "-1" in there.   

If I log out, the time is still off an hour.

Well I did.. but it changed.. I changed it and saved it again.. We'll see what happens
