Join other parents, mentors, and kids next Saturday in celebrating Take a Kid Mountain Biking Day!

All ages welcome. (While we recommend a minimum age of 8, it's ultimately up to you; if you think your preschooler can handle some of the beginner stretches on a Strider, go for it.)

We'll have:
  • Bike checks
  • Free helmets for kids
  • Pizza lunch
  • Youth and adult demo bikes, and TKMBD swag, courtesy of Revolution Bike & Bean
Also, as a follow-up to the event, Revolution will be raffling off a brand new Specialized Hot Rock!

So come on out and share your passion for singletrack with the next generation of riders in the company of other families.

Thanks Kevin for organizing this event.  My son had a blast riding on dirt for the first time ever.  He's officially a mountain biker now and wants to go back ASAP.  Thanks to Revolution Bike and Bean he wants a new bike too.  The Demo was a sucess.....   ;)

Thanks, Brad!  My daughter had a good time, too:

(Mind if I post a pic or two of you and Joel?)

Turnout was low, but a handful of kids spent a beautiful Saturday riding around the lake. Thanks to all the volunteers for hanging out through the chilly morning.  And yes, the Revolution demo bikes were a hit, even if the crowd was small.
