Go to Windrock in Oakridge, TN. Its just north of Knoxville, and has tons of dh trails. During the summer there are trucks there to get u back up to the top. I havent been there yet but my dh friends rave about it.

Fort Duffield, just south west of Louisville has a "downhill" run with jumps and drops on it.  They were running shuttles on Sundays late last year for $5.  Not sure on plans for this year.

hey man...what kind of downhill are you wanting?...a true "run" that can be done multiple times a day with shuttle and/or road climb access or just an all day ride with a good  loooong downhill at the end?...if the latter, hit pisgah and do black, pilot, good enough gap, butter gap, and farlow gap...that'll work the downhill skills...save good enough and farlow for the end and have ice numbers saved in your cell phone...you could shuttle bennett gap there as well...i've only climbed it but i bet it would be a great ride down
