Rum Village is in great shape.  The mud is almost all gone, it is trimmed and there are no downed trees.

Rode two laps today, I'm sad to sad the BIG bridge by the roller coaster section of the advanced trail is gone. :'(   I guess it had become unstable.  The NIMBA crew did an outstanding job on the re-route and put new signage up at almost every intersection.  Other than the leaves and about 3 mud holes the trail was in great shape today.  If you ever close to the South Bend area make sure to have your bike, this is a fun trail with good flow despite the the challenged topography of the area.
